and send it along with your fees to the address on the bottom of the form.

 

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES:

Single: 1 year $15 : 2 years $28.50 : 3 years $40.50

Family: 1 year $20 : 2 years $ 38.00 : 3 years $ 54.00

A 10% discount applies when a breeder gives memberships to all puppy buyers of a litter (but not to the breeder’s own membership renewal).
