Only members in good standing of the Ontario NSDTR Club are eligible to enter.

Photos submitted must be either hard copy or digital. Digital entries MUST be a minimum resolution of 300- 600 DPI or a minimum of 1 megabyte (though larger is preferred). JPG or TIF format only. If a photo is not of high enough quality it cannot be used.
If hard copy photos are sent and you wish them returned, they must be accompanied by a self-addressed envelope bearing sufficient postage.

Unlimited photos can be submitted, however no more than 2 photos from the same household can be selected to appear as featured month images in the calendar. The following information must be included with each entry:
1. The registered name (including titles if applicable) and callname of any dog(s) in the photo.
2. The owner’s name and their city/town and province or state.
3. The photographer’s name if different from above
4. Name, address, telephone number and email of the Club member submitting the photo(s) No professional or posed “show” photos are eligible No humans allowed in photos.

An impartial judge with photography experience will be selecting the photos. Comments will be included on why the photo was chosen. The judge’s decisions are final.
